i need to work with both VPN in same windows 10 machine.

it would depend on how everything is setup. where does it fail? if both require a full VPN then you will setup the one tunnel through the company network of the other which might not be allowed.

i would take a step back and see if you can't find another solution. perhaps running two virtual machines with the VPN client.
