Httpd status inactive

Hi,

when checking the httpd status using the command "bigstart status httpd" the result is "is running " along with the pid. However, the httpd.service is showing inactive when using the command "systemctl status httpd"

is this normal? please keep in mind that the GUI is still working and I am able to perform all needed functions

version is 14.1.2.5
