HTTP_RESPONSE not firing

With eight iRules it's hard to guess why you wouldn't see HTTP_RESPONSE being triggered in the ProxyPass iRule. Your best bet might be to open a case with F5 Support. They'll be able to review your full config to troubleshoot this. Make sure to let them know you don't want them to write your iRules for you--just troubleshoot why your existing config isn't behaving as expected. If you get stuck with support, reply here with your case number and I'll try to take a look.
