Hi there,
I'm using the ProxyPass v10 iRule to perform some path rewriting on some of our VIP's...
However we seem to be getting some sporadic issues whereby the HTTP_RESPONSE ev...
The only thing that jumps out at me is that you're using caching. If a cached document is served, HTTP_RESPONSE won't fire, but CACHE_RESPONSE will. Try adding a log statement to CACHE_RESPONSE and see if that lines up with the times that HTTP_RESPONSE isn't firing.
