HTTP Protocol Compliance Failed : maximum number of parameters

I am getting alarm of the subjected issue. Application team is saying that they are sending the parameters/attributes in JSON format. How the F5/ASM is calculating the number of parameters? Default value = 500 we are getting more than 1000.

 

Any idea?

    Look at the event log and see what it says and what the actual request looks like. Application teams often do not understand how their app work so see how it actually works and why it is triggering a violation and work backwards from that.
