http profile causing slowness

we get local application . We configure 2 nodes for load balancing on F5. All configuration is default .VIP , pool and nodes.WE only set the http profile on the VIP the application working slowly and getting unresponding.

 

So how to monitor http profile on F5 . which argument effect the application.
