HTTP Application Specific Monitoring

Folks, I'm trying to implement a member specific monitoring.

 

I have 10 VIPs with same server as pool member.

 

My Server is running different applications and i want to monitor each application separately.

 

Ex: app1/ping, app2/ping, app3/ping..... app10/ping - [10 VIPs]..

 

I don't want to create 10 monitors instead i'm wondering if i can add multiple send strings in one monitor and apply it to all VIPs.

 

Does any faced this situation? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
