Http and Https Redirection

Hi.

While trying to access a Http Web Server through F5 LTM and after writing http://xxx.xxx.xxx and access to the login page and put the credentials, the URL changed automatically to https://xxx.xxx.xxx ( without any redirection configuration applied on F5). and I lost the connection to the server as it works on port 80.

What can cause this redirection?

    Hi Gemini6 ,

    If you are not seeing any iRule and/or LTM policy attached to the vServer for redirection, it's likely set on application/server side which might be causing this redirection. You can verify same with app/server owner.
