How to restore a device if we get an RMA

Hi Guys

Can anyone tell me the basics what needs to be done if we have to RMA one of our LTM devices.

I have backed up both to UCS and SCF files.

If a new box got shipped what would I need to do? console in, what is the default usename and password? could I just import the UCS file?

what about the licences? would I need to contact F5 support or would it automatically work with the licence in the UCS file?
