Device ID not working for IOS iPhone devices
Hi;
I allocated an ASM Security policy and a Bot Protection Profile to a virtual server. Now, the java script is set to be inserted after the request and the corresponding response from the server have been received.
In this instance when the users use a normal PC or MAC OS browser, and when they use the mobile application for Android, things work fine. It is only when they use the mobile application fort IOS IPhone that the user gets a white screen that goes round an round. With that the server spits a 403 error.
What could the reason be?
Kindly

Have you configure the anti-bot mobile application SDK so the system does not respond to mobile application traffic with those challenges (as it does to browser clients), but rather tests them for human activity.
