We want to modify APM webtop and arrange/segregate Webtop links and Portal Access.
Anyone have done this before?

I'd check out the Advanced Customization files. Just about everything can be done there. You have full access to the css, html, and php.

This is a feature available on APM v12.0.0 and above.
