I setup snmp trap and get these msgs:

These didn't mention which monitor is down. How should I get monitor information ?

Yes, I've seen monitor name in /var/log/ltm now, but not snmp trap msgs. I've tried to modify "MCP" in "System > Logs > Options" to "debug" level but in vain. - hoolio

I'm not sure whether it's possible to get the monitor name in a standard SNMP alert. You might be able to create a custom SNMP trap based on the log message which contains the monitor name. Try searching AskF5.com and/or this forum for "custom snmp trap" for some examples.
