Unfortunately with base LTM, the answer is NO if the attack has happened in the past.

 

If currently occurring then you could use "tmsh show sys conn" command to see the current connections.

 

I recommend you instrument your virtuals with an iRule which logs connection establishment requests. Note that DDoS traffic which targets your VIP but not the port on which the VS is listening, will still remain unlogged.
