I haven't got any experience with this myself, but did find this one: https://devcentral.f5.com/s/question/0D51T00006uNXlf/apm-how-to-disable-expired-password-changes

 

So especially for version 11.6, I don't think you've got much chance. I'd recommend raising a ticket with F5 support to see if this is planned yet.
