How to delete attachments on the wiki?

I'd like to remove "f5-community.smtp.tmpl.gz" as I've uploaded a version of that one that supports 11.3 as well and renamed it "f5-community.smtp.tmpl-V1.0.gz".

When I view page source I can see there are some span tags that looks like the rename and delete button holders, but there's nothing in them.
