How to define a action on radio box in login page

Hello Friends,

So i want to enable Select option to choose one of the authentication method AD or RSA . If a user select RSA option three input field appear username ,password and token but if a user select AD "token" input field disable and he will get only username and password field only .

How can we achieve that ???
