on the web GUI , i can't see anywhere to config PBR

the virtual server address is not self ip, is it?

if yes, you may create new virtual servers on port 80 and port 443 (i.e. 0.0.0.0/0:80 and 0.0.0.0/0:443) and use /Common/WHTTP as a pool.
