NimbostratusHow to add devices to F5 Big-IP
Hello all,
I am new to F5 and am a little confused on how to add a device to an F5 BIG-IP installation and what kind of devices can be added. I have two 11.5 machines and would like to add the second machine to the devices list of my first. Is this possible, or do I have to add a different device to it? It doesn't look like there is an option to add a device. My main goal is to get them into a group and then get them out of sync. I need to test something to get them back into sync.
Here is the version number of the first machine

Please note that unless you install a hot fix your TMOS version is Heartbleed vulnerable.
jgranieriin short you need a device group created and each F5 will need to be configured to establish trust with one another. here is a good document to help you get setup:
