How much memory a simple row in session table consumes ?

I am just starting with usage of session tables in F5. I wanted to check 1. How many session tables can I create (since creating session table would need memory) ? 2. How much memory a simple row consumes ?

 

I tried using tmsh show sys mem, but do not see any difference in values of session variable in table, after creating few tables and rows. So my question is, is session the parameter which or should I be looking at some other parameter to know how much memory is being consumed currently by session tables ?
