NimbostratusHow do I rename self-IP objects?
Can someone explain how I can rename a few self-IP objects? I see these are located in bigip_base.conf. I just want to change the object names to reference the new device name which has changed.

EmployeeDepending on how many objects you have in your config, and any dependencies on this self-IP, your best bet would probably be to:
- Create a new temporary self-IP in the same subnet
- Delete the old self-IP
- Recreate the old self-IP with the new name
- Delete the temporary self-IP
