It's not done in the client SSL profile. Destination IP is automatically changed by the virtual server with address translation enabled (or a NAT). Source IP translation is done with a SNAT (pool, automap, or iRule).

For the serverside connection, you can select an arbitrary destination IP address using the node command and an arbitrary source address using the snat command.
