Do you want to just rewrite requests made to / to /home/defaul.htm or do you want to hide all URIs? For the first, you can use: 


when HTTP_REQUEST {
   if {[HTTP::path] eq "/"}{
      HTTP::path "/home/default.htm"
   }
}
