Hi, I am facing an issue in new F5 i 2600 appliance. Issue is that httpd is not started. I tried to restart the httpd service via cli but unable to start. I am able to ssh but GUI is not coming. Please help me out.

I'd recommend opening up a support case with F5 support. There are logs on the device for the management httpd service, but typically you shouldn't be troubleshooting it yourself unless you've made changes to it manually -- which usually isn't supported.
There's probably more going on and support will be able to identify it pretty quickly.

Is there some info available on how this was solved ? It looks like I am facing a similar issue.

try to restart httpd service and tomcat then check if they are running or not.
bigstart restart httpd
bigstart restart tomcat

I tried the suggestion, but without luck. Will open a case at support. Tried also an upgrade to 13.1.4.0 and experienced the same issue. Looks as something goes wrong when going above 12.1.5. Thanks you for the suggestions.
