Help with SuperHTTP Monitor

I'm having trouble trying to get this script to work for me. Being unfamiliar with shell scripting I am suffering with the basics and trying to get this to fire at the command line.

 

 

We are trying to get this to work to LB our webproxy servers.

 

 

Q1. I am trying to add the global variables for PROXY settings

 

is the correct syntax PROXY_HOST="10.10.10.10" or PROXY_HOST = 10.10.10.10

 

 

Q2. if I am runing this from the command line how do I give it a URL to test? Is it

 

bash superduperhttp.sh URI_PATH_1=http://www.f5.com

 

 

or have I completely got this wrong and should enroll in Truck Driving Skool?
