Help with SSO to Jira webtop portal APM
Hello All, I have been tasked to SSO Atlassian Jira behind my F5 APM webtop portal. I currently have my portal with Jira in the portal access, i created a form SSO and assigned it to the web resource. I have also added the SSO credential mapping to the access policy. The SSO doesn't work. Can anyone direct me on how to make jira SSO through a Webtop in AMP. I would be very grateful. Oh and my portal uses Duo to authenticate but i don't think that is causing the issue but i wanted to mention it.
Thanks All
if you put logging to debug and go to the website, what does the logging show on the SSO part?

Hi,
You need to specify username and password parameters of the form to make your SSO works.

You can use Basic Auth SSO with JIRA as well.

Hi,
First of you have to confirm information that you will set in your SSO profil.
For that you have to access from internal an capture using F12 (Chrome) an authentifcation. We have jira and I captured traffic, I obtain this information:
Parameter:
- os_username:username
- os_password:password
- os_destination:
- user_role:
- atl_token:
- login:Log In
For the other settings it seems that you right.
Can you just add additional parameters as:
login Log In
Keep me in touch.

Hello,
in my setup it is working with:
- Form Action: /login.jsp?os_destination=/secure/Dashboard.jspa
- No Hidden Form
- In Portal Access Application URI http://$Hostname/login.jsp?os_destination=/secure/Dashboard.jspa
