Help finding LTM VE TMM count to understand bandwidth licensing

Hello! I was reviewing out LTM logs after implementing IP Intelligence and noticed that we are frequently receiving notifications that we are exceeding 75% of Licensed 200 Mbps. I've done some Googling and searching in the forums and I am still stumped understanding my total allotted bandwidth and how the number of TMM's affect it.

I see the message coming from both 'tmm' and 'tmm1'. Our VE LTM has 2 active CPU's:

Mar 23 16:24:12 F5-1 notice tmm[13581]: 01010045:5: Bandwidth utilization is 164 Mbps, exceeded 75% of Licensed 200 Mbps Mar 23 16:52:20 F5-1 notice tmm1[13581]: 01010045:5: Bandwidth utilization is 160 Mbps, exceeded 75% of Licensed 200 Mbps

SOL15831 indicates the following: Note: The limit is divided by the number of Traffic Management Microkernels (TMMs). Therefore, each TMM is capped at a fraction of the total licensed limit. For example, with a 200 megabit license with two TMMs, the expected throughput would be 100 Mbps per TMM instance. No single connection can exceed the limit for a TMM instance.

According to the login in SOL15831 each of two TMM's should be limited to 100 Mbps yet my log entries above are showing but utilizing over 150 Mbps. Can anyone provide any insight on this?
