Jaimes - What version of software are you running? You can move to an active / active setup for either 10.x or 11.x. One main thing to keep in mind is resources. Keep in mind that in an active / active setup if one member fails, all the objects in that traffic group fail to the other member. Over time, what happens is that folks add more and more Virtual Servers to each traffic group to the point that upon failover, the one member is overloaded, and then you experience a sitewide outage.
