GTM emerg logger: Re-starting tmm1

We restarted a GTM.   After the reboot it started to send the message "emerg logger: Re-starting tmm1"   I haven't found a document that describes this issue related to a BIGIP GTM.

Hello. First of all, thanks for your help. Yes, 've alredy checked this KB. the system only sends the message that I described. None of the other messages appeared. In fact the system stopped to send this message, but we didn't understand why It happens...
