GTM - All Virtual Servers down

Hello,

 

in the version 11.4.1, when all virtual servers are down in the pool , F5 doesn't send a response for the DNS requests.

 

Instead, in the version 11.5.1, when all virtual servers are down, F5 makes Round Robin using all virtual servers in the DNS responses.

 

Do you know if it is normal or I am missing some configuration in the GTM?
