    GTM does not manage routing but act as DNS server and answer best server IP to DNS requests.

    one web site www.company.com is deployed in 2 datacenters:

    • DC1 : 1.1.1.1
    • DC2 : 2.2.2.2

    configure your DNS with:

    www.company.com NS gtmdc1.company.com
www.company.com NS gtmdc2.company.com

    When a client request the GTM will answer 1.1.1.1 or 2.2.2.2 based on load balancing method and availability of servers.

    Stanislas is totally right on the behaviour of GTM. but what exactly are you trying to do. is this incoming or outgoing routing, how is the GTM positioned, is it only the GTM license?
