Full Sync within 5250 pairs; APM sync across pairs

We have one 5250 pair in production running full failover sync. We are going to add two more pair in two other data centers; each pair will be box-to-box redundancy (full failover sync) for that site, but I want to have all six APMs and LTM configs sync across the 3 data centers. Is this possible? (LTM/APM configuration is the same globally, only the interface IPs, VLANs are different).

I understand I'll need to break my production pair sync and setup trust between the 6 individual 5250s. Please let me know if this is possible.

Thanks!

Mike

    Michael,

You can have a Sync Only group with all 6 BIG-IPs and then the individual pairs could still be a member of their own Sync Failover groups. That way configuration is synced across all of the devices but failover only occurs within the pair / DC.

Is this the information you require?
