I have a user connecting via Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1
The user canot establish a Network Access VPN. When the user connects to the Firepass Portal and click on the Netwok Access link, a small popup quickly flashes on the screen then dissapears.
All my other users (approx 200) who are using Windows and Mac OS have no issues. Can anyone tell me if they have run into this problem before or can anyone advise how to troubleshoot this type of issue?
I am also running Firepass ver 6.1.0

Hi Dave,
Is this just one Mac 10.6 running Firefox 4.0.1 - other Macs with same OS and browser are OK?
Have you seen the F5 solution SOL12757 and do you have have the hotfix for FF4 on the Mac installed?
I currently have a case open with F5 support regarding FF4 on a patched version 7.0 FirePass as the Mac file test does not work.
If you've got all the right patches installed then maybe worth opening a support case?

It is just one MAC. I will apply hotfixes and engineering fix and see if this fixes my problem. I will report this in this forum.
