- Stephen_Fisher_Historic F5 AccountHello,
There are a variety of reasons that the F5 Monitoring Service can fail to connect to the OpsMgr Health Service and the PerformanceData connector, including service restarts, and configuration issues with OpsMgr or the F5 MP.
Has this issue been consistent, or has it only recently started? Have there been any changes to this Management Server?
Can you save and export your System Center Operations Manager event log, along with F5 event log?
If the size of the file is excessive, you can mail it to ManagementPack@f5.com and reference this Support Forum case - chadRS_14639

We installed the management pack into our QA environment today and immediately received these errors. I emailed over the logs you requested.
