F5 XML_CONTENT_BASED_ROUTING

Hello,

I have a request to route traffic to different pools based on an XML text/tag. I do not really understand XML so it is becoming really challenging for me. Could you guys help me on this? Below is the XML request. They want to route traffic to Pool1 if the has a "Q" at the beginning of Q14567 or route to Pool2 if it starts with "D" so D14567 will send traffic to pool2. I have been reading different posts but is becoming hard for me to understand it due to the XML terminology that I do not know.
