F5 VPN doesn't work in win8 and win10
I dunno know if the error is exactly "SSL VPN device not found", for it is just a translation. In windows 7, VPN works well, but in winows 8 and 10, when the connection process is almost over, this error jumps out.
As more and more computers in our company are upgraded to windows 10 today, the problem is serious now. Pls help, thanks!

I solved the issue following the instructions from "Comment made 26-Oct-2015 by Ben Wong". Thank you Ben, it worked perfectly.

Which version and product from F5 are you using for VPN?
If APM, you can find the compatibility matrices here. https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_apm.html
I haven't seen anything personally from F5 on Windows 10 yet, as it just went out to the public yesterday, I would guess it is going to be a little bit before anything official hits. Enterprises are usually slow to adopt new Windows versions.

i'm hitting the same problem here, have applied the hotfix to get the correct versions available in the access policy, which is working fine (it's authenticating the users) but it seems it's lacking some kind of driver to establish the actual tunnel.
i don't actually have a win10 box to test with myself so i'm relying on some information from one of the windows guys in the office, i'm not sure if we should be anticipating a driver release from microsoft, or something from F5 on this front, anyone got any more good information on it?
to address flarefox's original post a little, we have no issues with windows 8/8.1 and never have as far as i can tell (only really been running the F5 VPN for a year or so though) - had to get the hotfix to provide the "windows 8" option in the APM policy but other than that, no issue with drivers or establishing the tunnels once authenticated like windows 10 seems to get.

I am running Windows 8.1 with the Edge Client just fine. I installed Windows 10 on my home computer and that does not work either (Edge Client and IE 11). IE11 won't let me select to install the browser add-ons. Edge Client logs me in, but can't create the network tunnel. I tried the built in VPN adapter, but it kept telling me that the port was in use (not sure from what). I haven't had a lot of time to troubleshoot, but I continue to when time allows.

F5 APM does now Windows 10 with BIG-IP version 11.5.3. Support for Windows 10 with other BIG-IP versions and for additional information about F5 APM support for Windows 10, please refer to the AskF5 solution: https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/16000/600/sol16626.html

11.5.3 HF1 with Engineering HF mentioned still doesn't seem to provide support for VPN Tunnels on Windows 10. All other OS work except Windows 10. Any updates anyone can provide?

I'm not sure if this is the same issue, but this worked for us with our old F5 Firepass device with it's browser based SSL VPN client connection: 1. After an unsuccessful VPN connection, check in Device Manager. 2. You should see some unknown devices appear labelled "F5 VPN Adapter", with exclamation marks next to them. 3. Right click and uninstall all but 1 of these devices. 4. On the remaining device, right click and choose "Update driver software". 5. Choose "Browse my computer for driver software". 6. Choose "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer". 7. In "Common hardware types", choose "Network adapters". 8. Locate "F5 Networks" under "Manufacturer", and then "F5 Networks VPN Adapter" under Model. 9. Accept any warning messages, then retry the VPN connection. - cccpq_295579
