F5 VPN doesn't work in win8 and win10

I dunno know if the error is exactly "SSL VPN device not found", for it is just a translation. In windows 7, VPN works well, but in winows 8 and 10, when the connection process is almost over，this er...

I am running Windows 8.1 with the Edge Client just fine. I installed Windows 10 on my home computer and that does not work either (Edge Client and IE 11). IE11 won't let me select to install the browser add-ons. Edge Client logs me in, but can't create the network tunnel. I tried the built in VPN adapter, but it kept telling me that the port was in use (not sure from what). I haven't had a lot of time to troubleshoot, but I continue to when time allows.
