Oct 26, 2015I'm not sure if this is the same issue, but this worked for us with our old F5 Firepass device with it's browser based SSL VPN client connection:
1. After an unsuccessful VPN connection, check in Device Manager.
2. You should see some unknown devices appear labelled "F5 VPN Adapter", with exclamation marks next to them.
3. Right click and uninstall all but 1 of these devices.
4. On the remaining device, right click and choose "Update driver software".
5. Choose "Browse my computer for driver software".
6. Choose "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer".
7. In "Common hardware types", choose "Network adapters".
8. Locate "F5 Networks" under "Manufacturer", and then "F5 Networks VPN Adapter" under Model.
9. Accept any warning messages, then retry the VPN connection.
