AltocumulusF5 Maximo attachments uploading issue
Hello,
I've implemented traffic redirection through F5 BIG-IP for the IBM Maximo app.
The application is functioning as expected, except for the file upload feature. During the upload process, the file name is not being displayed as expected (in fact, it shows nothing), and the process fails to complete.
When uploading files directly to the backend server's IP, the functionality works as expected.
I'm wondering if anyone here has encountered a similar issue when uploading files through F5, which might give me some insight into what's happening.

First of all, check if you are using the f5-tcp-progressive profile. If not, try using that one.
Next check your ltm logs to see if there is an indication why this specific upload fails. See: BIG-IP system resets the connection during file uploading/downloading, and get the error log ''011f0016:3: http_process_state_prepend - Invalid action:0x109010 Server sends too much data...'' (f5.com)
If possible, see if the issue changes when disabling/enabling a HTTP profile to the virtual server.
