F5 LTM and Form Based Auth for OWA

We would like to move our OWA access to our F5 load balancers, and away from ISA. Everything is configured and working properly with the exception of my boss not liking the two box dialog that the F5...

Which two-box dialog are you referring to? Are you using ACA module on the LTM in front of OWA? If you are trying to replace ISA with F5, then the only proper way to do it is by leveraging APM product - plus APM can handle authentication and session management for all Exchange HTTP-based protocols such as ActiveSync, OutlookAnywhere, etc.
