F5 Load balancing bandwidth across multiple GTM/LTM

I have a GTM and LTM across multiple physical locations. I want for F5 to automatically force all new VPN traffic when one of my locations has reached a bandwidth threshold, let's say 50gigs per location.

 

How do I do this?

      I already looked into that avenue and don't think it will accomplish my goal. I have many physical datacenters all across the world. When one of my datacenter has too much congested or traffic load I want F5 to automatically tell all of the new request to go to a different datacenter.
