F5 Load balancer Exchange server issue
Hi, I have below issue with my mail service
Customer was problem about Exchange Server and OWA detail below - Client(A) cannot find attachment when use OWA but can use Outlook is normal. - Client(B) Open OWA form IE browser can use normal but from Firefox browser can login and open Email but cannot Forward, Reply and SignOut. User will close browser for kill process. - Client(C) (Use Personal Laptop) Normally use Firefox every time but whether browser can login and open e-mail but cannot Forward, Reply and Sign Out. Browser is not response and have status to work something on status bar below. - Outlook it work (Normal every time)
Other test -Try to access use URL of Exchange Cash Server (2 Server) -> Normal. -Try to access use URL(IP Address) of Load Balance(F5) can use normal, but access by domain name not work and find problem about New Email, Forward, Reply and can’t Sign out on OWA . -Test DNS Record by NSLOOKUP command ->Normal (Can Solve) -Test by remove and add DNS Record again but cannot troubleshoot this problem

It may be that you are not performing redirect rewrites here. Are the users connecting on port 443 via SSL? If so then you should assign an http profile with Redirect Rewrite set and/or set an HTTP VS which uses the built-in https redirect iRule.
If you want to troubleshoot this then I would suggest that you use a browser with HTTPWatch and you can then see exactly what is happening and at which point it fails.
