Jan 06, 2014It may be that you are not performing redirect rewrites here. Are the users connecting on port 443 via SSL? If so then you should assign an http profile with Redirect Rewrite set and/or set an HTTP VS which uses the built-in https redirect iRule.
If you want to troubleshoot this then I would suggest that you use a browser with HTTPWatch and you can then see exactly what is happening and at which point it fails.
