F5 LICENSE RENEWAL and Service Request

Our F5 License  was renewed ,yet i am having issue raisining SR.

What could be the issue ? does license renewal not give one access to SR ?

    Hi FAJUMO , are you trying to open an SR online? If that's not working, you could check with the support contract folks at CSP@f5.com or you could phone in and the TSR answering the phone will be able to check your contract status and help fix whatever might be an issue.
