The easiest way to find the F5 Device CPU related stats (collection rules) is to go to Operations Console > Authoring > Rules, then click the Find button on the main toolbar. In the "Look for" text-field enter "device cpu" to narrow your search. You'll see four F5 Networks collection rules about the device CPU temperature, which are enabled by default. These are the ones that you'll have to override / disable, to stop monitoring CPU related stats:

F5 Monitor Rule for F5 Device Cpu: Cpu State (Success)

    Device CPU Fan Speed

    Device CPU Processor Utilization

    Device CPU Temperature
