F5 Certification and Training

Hello Folks,

 

I have been advised to go for F5 certification. Would like to know where can I find the proper study material to prepare for F5 101 exam? Also, would like to know if we can set up a lab and work on it, as we have for Cisco exams? I am CCNP certified and would like to go for F5 Certification as well. Any inputs on training, study material and lab set up will be appreciated.
