F5 Big Ip
You haven't mentioned which version of the BigIP you are running, but this will most likely give you the information you need:

If you run into trouble you should probably open a case with support. You may need to get the contact on the support contract updated, and if your support has expired you will need to renew that. The TSCs can help you will all of this and can be reached by calling support at: 1-888-882-7535 or (206) 272-6500
You will need to have the serial number of the BigIP available.
