F5 Big-IP send OTP email dont work after upgrade to version 13.0.0
Hi guys,
I recently upgrade my F5 BIG-IP system to version 13.0.0 and now only my OTP SMS works and not OTP email, before the upgrade both works. My Access policy Manager first check my mobile no. before generating an OTP and through the decision box to select a path between sending through SMS or email. Please help. Thank you

Also when I view the access report from my attempt to gain access it say "User chose option:0 when i clearly select option 2: Email. When i did a packet capture F5 can establish connection with the email server however no response were seen. It also stated that the user cant be verified.

I would recommend (if you can) that you fail back to the working install, take a packet capture, log all relevant session details, document all that information somewhere off box, boot back to 13 and repeat the tests. Make sure you have qkviews from both.
So you would have two sets of matching data to compare. You could then open a case with support if you were not able to determine the cause of the problem.
