Oct 26, 2017I would recommend (if you can) that you fail back to the working install, take a packet capture, log all relevant session details, document all that information somewhere off box, boot back to 13 and repeat the tests. Make sure you have qkviews from both.
So you would have two sets of matching data to compare. You could then open a case with support if you were not able to determine the cause of the problem.
