F5 AWS Management Internet access let's encrypt

Hello, I'm trying to deploy let's encrypt on my f5 server. I have everything deployed in AWS, with external, internal and management interfaces. Only external interface has a Public IP address. I log in to the management port of F5 through VPN. I have forwarding VS setup in f5 to act as a gateway for all AWS subnets that don't have internet access (It's working correctly as all other machines can access the internet through that VS).

Problem: When I'm logged in to CLI on F5 I can't access any internet resources (hence unable to request let's encrypt certificate) and I'm not sure why. Is there something really simple I'm missing here?
