F5 APM - my.policy page load issue

With the F5 APM, we are trying to load my.policy login page containing Username and Password field so that we can authenticate and proceed to load the Webserver page.

This my.policy page doesn't load on chrome/edge/mozilla. Something like this is happening: https://devcentral.f5.com/questions/err-content-length-mismatch-53468

I am wondering if there are other binaries of the window 10 which have to be whitelisted on our VPN server so that this page loads fine.
